Spares Support

ESEA stocks
the full range of spares for the Eurocopter helicopters. Fully
computerised with direct links to the manufacturers, we ensure
fast response and shorter delivery lead-times. We also provide
other vendors' spares.
All spares are provided with the appropriate certification
(Example : JAA Form 1) confirming their originality and quality.
Upon request
from customer for quotation, ESEA shall provide a response
which shall include:
- Firm and fixed unit price
- Firm and fixed delivery schedule
- Shipping/validity terms
The customer
shall issue a Purchase Order for any spare(s) ordered and
ESEA shall acknowledge the same.

Types
of Orders and Expected Delivery Dates (EDDs)
Routine
- EDD shall be three (3) months upon receipt of
the Purchase Order
if available in stock or as advised by vendor.
- Can be upgraded to Rush Status upon request.
Rush
- Quotation shall be provided within five (5) days of request.
- EDD shall be fourteen (14) days upon receipt of
the Purchase Order if available in stock.
- In the event of non-availability,
we shall inform
the customer within two (2) weeks.
- Can be upgraded to AOG Status upon request.
AOG (Aircraft On Ground)
- Acknowledgement shall be provided within twenty-four (24)
hours of order
- EDD shall be within twenty-four (24) hours upon receipt
of order if available, ex-work ESEA
- In the event of non-availability,
we shall obtain
the spare at the earliest possible date for the customer.

Standard
Exchange of Components
- In case of urgent or AOG requirements,
ESEA shall replace
the customer's
removed component with a serviceable unit. The unit supplied
by ESEA becomes the customer's property and vice versa.
- Upon receipt of the details from the customer,
ESEA
shall submit a standard
exchange price and delivery schedule. A Supplementary Invoice
shall be issued to the customer if the removed component has
been involved in an accident, has abnormal wear and tear,
is damaged, scrapped or has missing parts in accordance with
the manufacturers' publication.

Power-By-The-Hour
In
exchange for the payment of an hourly flat rate by the
operator, ESEA shall provide the latter with standard
exchange main assemblies, as replacements for those which have
been removed as justified by the Master Servicing Recommendation
(PRE) and Maintenance manual (MET) criteria.
Power-by-the-hour
applies only to the assemblies of :
- New
helicopters : as soon as they are put into service.
- Second-hand
helicopters : as soon as they are put into service, after
paying ESEA the sum corresponding to the number of
flight hours accumulated since the last overhaul (in the
case of mechanical assemblies) or since the last repair
(in the case of blades) of the assembly concerned.

Technical Publications and Technical Records
- Technical
publications and updating are provided with
each new aircraft purchase. Upon expiry of the five (5) years'
free updating, we can renew subscription as required.
- Maintaining technical records and monitoring components
subject to overhaul and service life limits, scheduled inspections
requirements and mandatory inspections/repair for
airworthiness
compliance.
